Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you get the flowers from? 

Throughout the week we source our flowers and foliage's from local flower farms & suppliers from around Canterbury. We go with what the seasons have to offer, always getting the freshest flowers for your bunches.

 

Will my flowers look exactly as pictured?

Each of our bunches are uniquely designed in our signature Rogue Florals style, meaning no two are the same . We always  ensure every bunch is made to value. Also aim to include as many tight buds as possible (such as lilies, sunflowers and tulips) to ensure maximum longevity. If you require an arrangement with lots of open blooms (eg. for a presentation), please get in touch or leave us a note in our Delivery Instruction box. During cooler months we may need advance notice to allow time for buds to open.

Rogue Florals Flower Truck strives to accommodate each and every one of our customer’s needs. We would love to help you create a perfect and memorable gift for that special someone. 

If you wish to customise your order, get in touch, We are more than happy to guide you through what is currently in season and organise a unique design based on your budget and personal preferences.

 

Can I send a card and personalised message with my order?

Yes, you most certainly can. At the check out you will be able to add a personalised message to go alongside your order. The message will be s written on our complimentary Rogue Florals message cards.

 

What does sustainable floristry mean?

Here at Rogue Florals we try to be as environmentally friendly as we can!  Our Flowers and wrapping are zero plastic. Everything from our bunches can go  straight into the Green Bin, once its finished because of our organic lotus leaf wraps and natural twines. All other wrapping can be reused or recycled.

 

Can I order flowers in advance? 

Yes of course! Simply tell us your desired delivery date at the checkout and leave the rest to us. Our team will keep track of your order so it arrives on time. 

 

Can I make changes to an order?

Provided your order is not already sent for dispatch or onboard with our courier, we are happy to make any necessary changes to your order where possible. This includes changes of address, delivery instructions, card messages, flowers or gift items, provided your order is not already on board with our couriers or has been delivered. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

 

Where can  I find the Flower Truck?

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation/tax invoice to the provided email address, If you don't receive this email please contact us.  

 

What days do you deliver?

Rogue Florals delivers in throughout Christchurch and Rural Canterbury region from Tuesday to Saturday. Please see our info page for full details.
